Stock and Dispatch Times

24-Hour Dispatch Commitment: If the products in your order are in stock, we commit to preparing and dispatching your package within 24 business hours following order validation.

Collection Cut-off Time: Package collection by our carriers takes place daily around 3:30 PM (15:30). Any order finalized after this time will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.

Shipping Cost Calculation: Shipping costs are calculated precisely and dynamically based on the weight, size, and destination of your parcel.
⚠️ Mandatory Inspection Upon Receipt
All our parcels are sent with a signature requirement. This procedure is essential for both your protection and ours.
Your responsibility as the recipient is crucial:

Inspection in the Driver's Presence: You must check the condition of the packaging and the contents of your parcel in the presence of the delivery person, before signing.

Making Reservations: In case of any anomaly (damaged parcel, crushed box, missing product...), you must make precise and detailed reservations on the carrier's delivery slip (e.g., "Torn box, 1 product missing", "Broken Product X"). The mention "Subject to unpacking" has no legal value.

Consequences of Non-Compliance: If no precise reservations are made at the time of signing, it will no longer be possible to hold the carrier liable. Consequently, OPTIMIZ ACCESS will not be able to initiate any compensation process, exchange, or refund.

We accept returns within the framework of our commercial policy and current legal provisions.

Return Costs: Except in the event of a proven order preparation error on our part, return costs are entirely the responsibility of the buyer.

Carrier Choice by the Buyer: You are free to choose your own carrier, provided that the delivery is made directly to our premises (returns to pickup points will not be accepted).

Return Procedure: To ensure your return is processed quickly, you must complete and include the return document (available in your customer area or upon request) inside your parcel.
